Our Momentum Is at a Standstill

The Principle of Moments

Physical quantity, distance, 

form empty space
unraveling you
                        and
                                    me.
Yet uncounted sunsets, proof
of matter in moment-
                        um, connect us,
shared indecision, giving in
to the nature of physics,
timeless repetition.
